Steps to Register to MyMedicare
Log in to the MyMedicare portal using PRODA credentials.
- Access the clinic registration section.
- Submit required clinic details and verify compliance.
- Encourage patients to link with North Blackburn Square Clinic via My Health Record or Medicare app.
- Confirm successful registration and maintain updated records.
How to Register (Patients)
- Register via your Medicare Online Account or in person at our reception desk.
- Our reception staff can assist you with registration if you are unable to do it online.
Who Can Register?
- You must have a Medicare card or Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Veteran Card.
- You must have had two face-to-face visits at North Blackburn Square Clinic in the previous 24 months.
